Shipping Policy

anjewellers.in is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the shipment is delivered and the customer receives a faulty or damaged product, then he or she can raise a return request as per our return policy.

The tentative delivery period for most orders is between 4-7 days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters, weather conditions, delays by courier partners, or high order volumes.

anjewellers.in currently ships products only within India.
You can place orders from any country around the world; however, delivery addresses must be within India.


Important Delivery Guidelines

📦 If you believe that the package you have received is in poor condition, or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged before delivery:

  • Please REFUSE to accept the delivery.
  • Return the package to the delivery person immediately.
  • (Very Important) Email us at 📧 anjewellersindia@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.

We will ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no extra cost, as soon as possible.

Please ensure that the original tags and product packaging are intact when returning the damaged product.
