A. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Return Policy

To provide you a worry-free shopping experience, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy.
Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unused item in its original packaging with all bills, tags, and labels in its original condition for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Please contact Customer Support at anjewellersindia@gmail.com before initiating a return, with Order Number and reason for returning the product.

🔹 All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with original tags and packaging intact. (e.g., items packed in branded boxes must be returned in the same).

🔹 Items should not be damaged or tampered with.

🔹 Only size exchanges are allowed.

🔹 Once the product is exchanged and delivered, no further exchange or refund shall be applicable on that order.

🔹 We do not accept returns or exchanges for some product categories such as perfumes, earrings, and certain accessories. A.N. Jewellers may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, update the list of non-returnable items.

🔹 You can initiate a return on your orders using the website, after which our courier partner will pick up the item from your doorstep.

🔹 Pick-up will be attempted twice. If courier pickup fails, you’ll need to send the shipment back to our return address manually.

🔹 Reverse pickup is subject to the availability of courier services in your PIN code area.


B. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

🔸 You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our distribution center.

🔸 If you cancel your order after dispatch, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged on the order amount.

🔸 Kindly allow up to 10 working days for the returned item to be processed and the refund amount to reflect in your Bank Account / Original Payment Source.
(This includes return shipping time, inspection, and bank processing.)

🔸 Refunds or Bank Transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders/ online payments made on our website.

🔸 COD orders will be refunded in the form of a coupon code of the same value, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

🔸 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔸 In some international credit card transactions, the issuing bank may apply a foreign transaction fee or deduction.
A.N. Jewellers will refund only the INR amount charged for the purchased product(s) as shown on our website.


C. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS EXCHANGE POLICY

If a product ordered on anjewellers.in is delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

Our Customer Support team will evaluate your request based on product type, condition, warranty, timeline, etc.

📦 Defective items must be returned in the same condition as received and handed to our courier partner as per instruction.

🔄 Exchange or refund will only be initiated after inspection of the returned item at our end.


D. Refund/Replacement Terms:

  • Defective product – A replacement of the same product will be provided. If not available, a refund will be initiated.
  • Size issue – If you experience a fitting issue, we will send an exchange of the same product in your preferred size.
    If a replacement is not in stock, a refund will be processed as per our policy.

Important Note:
Do not accept delivery of any item if the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with in any way. Please report such cases immediately to our support team.
